Gaia Greenscapes LLC, established in March 2025, cultivates regenerative growth in both land and life. Through ecological land care, purpose-driven career coaching, and transformative media (including the The Cultivated Path Podcast & Gaia Greenscapes Earth News!), we empower individuals at every stage of their journey to build a legacy that is deeply rooted in personal bliss and planetary health.

Founder and Owner, Jimi Carnazza, is an Accredited Organic Land Care Professional (AOLCP NOFA) since 2012,  Infinite Possibilities Trainer (2024, www.tut.com), and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (2017) providing keen insight and wisdom through The Cultivated Path Podcast, Rooted Careers  Coaching (1:1 and Master Class) in Career Exploration, Cultivating Pathways, and Honoring Love/Life,Here/NOW.  

Inspired and motivated by the legendary Joseph Campbell and the Hero with a Thousand Faces and The Power of Myth to Jesus Christ, The Buddha,Saint Francis of Assisi, Paramahansa Yogananda and an Autobiography of a Yogi, to Wayne Dyer and Ram Dass to current day hero's including Artists, Sport Athletes (Go Boston Sports! Celtics, Bruins, Red Sox and Patriots and Revolution), Every day Extraordinary and Revolutionary People such as Mike Dooley and Infinite Possibilities , Phish, The Beatles, The Grateful Dead, His Holiness the Dalai Lama and by Mother Nature and the beauty that is all around us. 

Gaia Greenscapes began an exciting adventure farming at beautiful and historic Moraine Farm in Beverly, MA in the year 2025 through the New Entry Sustainable Farming Project. Gaia Greenscapes had a successful first season growing mostly Dahlias with a few rows of Cosmos/Zinnias/Marigolds/Sunflowers. 

Owner, Jimi is truly thankful for this wonderful farm, business, and personal opportunity to connect with the wonderful people of the local North Shore of Massachusetts through the power of the flower and organic land care practices. Meeting new ordinary yet extraordinary people has been one of the most joyful aspects of living as a Dahlia Organic Farmer/Land Care Professional! In addition, connecting with Mother Nature on a daily basis (Sun Rise to Sunset Farm Working!) and working in the fields is truly a grounding and most beautiful experience of deep reverence and sincere gratitude for all of life.
